Elisabeth has been a Boston Magazine Top Producer for six years running and was the top-producing solo agent in Compass' Chestnut Hill office in 2023 (excluding teams) with more than $50 million in sales volume for the year. She has also made regular appearances on the Real Trends Verified List of the top 1.5% of real estate agents in the country and ranked #38 among individual agents in the state of Massachusetts for total sales volume in 2023.

When she is not working with clients, Elisabeth is an enthusiastic cook and entertainer, and she loves spending time with her school-age children and hitting the beach on Cape Cod.

Charles' experience with interior design, project management, construction and zoning provide his clients with a wide-ranging toolkit to choose properties wisely and also to manage and navigate renovation once they close.

When he represents sellers, Charles' diverse real estate background enables him to highlight the most compelling features of a listing, while his team's access to an extensive collection of staging furniture and accessories enables him to prepare listings beautifully and cost-effectively. Charles' deep knowledge of real estate development and design also gives him insight into which pre-market repairs or improvements are worthwhile for a seller to perform. When Charles represents buyers, this skill-set enables him to demystify the renovation process for his clients and to untap hidden value in properties others might overlook. Regardless of whether he is representing a buyer or a seller, Charles' warm, affable personality, wonderful sense of humor, and excellent communication skills make him a pleasure to work with.

Born and raised in Brookline, Charles has spent the last two decades developing and renovating property all over Brookline, the Metrowest area, and Cape Cod.
